At Mind Body & Sole we're passionate about good health and looking and feeling your best. So, we've designed a range of body care products which are Organic (so there's no nastly petrochemicals) and handmade to order (so you know they're freshly made just for you).

Our products contain only pure, natural, plant derived ingredients such as Aloe Vera gel (a wonderful skin soother), cold pressed and unrefined oils such as Sunflower, Hazlenut, Jojoba, Olive, Sweet Almond, Avocado, Coconut, Palm and Hemp (prized for their excellent nourishing effects on the skin), and rich emolient moisturisers like Cocoa and Shea Nut butter. Lastly, because we use the finest, all natural ingredients with no fillers, you'll find that a little goes a long way!

As well as looking after your skin, we're passionate about looking after the earth too, that's why our packaging, aswell as being super stylish, is also recyclable and to help you do your bit, we'll take off 95p from your next purchase each time you return your Aluminium bottles and jars and 60p when you return your plastic tubs, so there's no excuse!

Heaven for Hands (Organic)

This rich combination of Organic Aloe Vera, Shea Butter, Olive and Sunflower oils, further enriched with organic essential oils of Benzoin (known for its stimulating and soothing benefits for chapped skin), Chamomile (prized for its Soothing, Calming & Anti-inflammatory effects), Rose (an excellent skin comforter and conditioner) and Frankincense (valued for its rejuvenating and soothing benefits, particularly on dry or mature skins). This heavenly cream will leave your harrowed hands beautifully moisturised.

Sole Food (Organic)

Feed your famished feet with this indulgent cream made with Organic Aloe Vera, Shea Butter, Olive and Sunflower oils and the super charged powers of organic essential oils of Tea Tree (for its Uplifting, Refreshing and Antibacterial properties), Peppermint (to refresh and stimulate both body and mind) and a dash of Lemon (to uplift and clarify). This will put the spring back in your step!

Organic Body Wash, Bath/After Shower Oil & Body Lotion

Our body washes are SLS free and made with coconut based foaming agents, our bath/after shower oils contain only pure organic coconut & Olive oils - ideal if you're in a hurry and don't have time to moisturise, and our body lotions are packed with Aloe vera and nourishing vegetable and fruit oils. All of the above are available in 4 Aromatherapy blends (or fragrances), all Organic of course!:

Blue Monday
